Harsco Infrastructure with a broad range of products and services at BAUMA 2010: Hall A2, Stand 122/218
Complete solutions for construction tasks all over the world
At BAUMA 2010, Hall A2, Stand 122/218, Harsco Infrastructure will be presenting itself to a broad trade public for the first time. Under the motto "On your site … worldwide", the division ensuing from the merger of the affiliates Hünnebeck, SGB and Patent will be exhibiting its extensive portfolio of formwork, scaffold and access systems, safety equipment and services for construction and industrial customers. "Thanks to our new corporate structure, we have acquired further expertise and problem-solving skills. And this is the message we want to communicate at BAUMA," explains Martin Hemberger, CEO of Harsco Infrastructure Deutschland GmbH.
Pride of place goes to newly developed complete solutions for the fast-expanding infrastructure sector. These enable complex construction projects to be accomplished cost-effectively while simultaneously contributing the necessary flexibility.
The innovative Topmax table form is also celebrating its premiere at BAUMA. The world’s first steel frame table form with a durable plastic ply is the first to bring the benefits of steel frame systems to the slab. Large slab surfaces can thus be poured at high speed and with high quality. Another contributory factor is that Topmax has been designed as a complete system, compatible with the proven Rasto and Protecto wall formwork and safety systems. At Harsco Infrastructure there are no doubts that the innovative Topmax table form, beam-free Topec modular formwork and the versatile Topflex timber beam formwork constitute the technologically and economically best product lineup for all the challenges of shuttering slabs. At the BAUMA booth, visitors can obtain all the information they need on the applications of this high-performance slab formwork trio. On top of this, new and high load-bearing support solutions are being presented in Munich for the first time.
Harsco Infrastructure is supplementing its classic range of façade and modular scaffolds with powered access systems and mast climbing work platforms from which the customer can choose the solution that suits him best. "The matching solution for every access task" is the division’s motivation for setting itself apart from the competition.
Harsco Infrastructure is placing special emphasis on the subject of safety systems. With its tried-and-tested Protecto edge protection system and the equally versatile Extra Guard system widely used in the United Kingdom, Harsco is offering international construction and industrial customers a choice between a round and a square tube system for the simple erection of reliable temporary protection from falling.
The trade fair program is being rounded off by a comprehensive portfolio of services geared to specific target groups. The spectrum for building contractors runs from professional formwork planning, engineering services and structural calculations via training, project supervision, and the cleaning and repair of formwork and scaffolds through to complete single-source project handling. Industrial customers who also trust in Harsco Infrastructure can expect a broad array of industrial services covering everything from the provision of elevated access solutions, inclusive of erection and dismantling, to coatings and insulation.
Efficient customer service is top priority for Harsco Infrastructure. "Thanks to our international network of experts and our range of products and services of unparalleled diversity, we can give our customers optimal support in their daily work," says Martin Hemberger with conviction. "And it is not only big companies that benefit. We also attend very energetically and personally to the specific needs of small and medium-size operators."
BAUMA 2010 will take place from April 19th to April 25th in Munich.
